Senior Facilitation Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with significant facilitation experience and outstanding verbal and written presentation skills to serve as our team’s Senior Facilitation Specialist. The position requires 20-30 hours per week (virtual), and the successful candidate will provide training, facilitation, and coaching sessions with Iron Sharpens Iron’s clients. We require a proactive self-starter with the ability to work successfully in the virtual sphere and to pivot quickly in a changing environment, enthusiasm for developing relationships and serving clients, and the ability to train clients as they move from ideas to implementation.

The Senior Facilitation Associate works with our team to help ensure that bad meetings and poor planning are eliminated from the conference table and virtual meeting space. Ideally this person will live in South Carolina and can meet in person with the team once a month.
